Registration consists of four steps:
1. Complete the form. Complete one form per child. Please use a computer rather than a cell phone to register.
2. Send the completed form to the office via email Please fill in all the blanks or it will not submit.
Once submitted you should hear from Mary Loy within 2 weeks.

3. Complete payment online or in person or request scholarship. You may use a credit card with online giving. In person we request cash or check only.
4. Come to the Religious Ed office and sign registrations Fill sacramental preparation forms and we will make class assignments.
Students after their first year of Religious Education may sign up to prepare to receive First Communion and First Reconciliation.
Confirmation
Baptism, Confirmation and First Communion (Catechumenate)
This requires attendance at Religious Education classes and special sacramental preparation sessions. There is a separate sacramental prep handbook that has the schedules for
Reconciliation/ Communion sessions
Confirmation sessions or
Catechumenate sessions.

Registration Fees:
One Child: $60.00
Two Children: $100.00
Three or More Children: $120.00
Sacramental Prep Fee: $25.00
